Return & exchange policy 

If your item arrives in a defective state and you notify us upon delivery, we’ll address minor defects through refurbishment. For heavily damaged items, we offer a one-to-one exchange, and we will let you know  the estimated time for the replacement set. 

Any returns to our warehouse will incur a logistics and handling fee on your end. Koze holds the authority to determine if an item is eligible for return and reserves the right to decline returns for unsuitable items.

Cancellation policy

To expedite order processing and ensure prompt delivery, cancellations can only be requested within 24 hours of placing an order. Refunds will be issued and credited to your account within 5 business days.

Customized items, including those involving material, sizing, colors, or special requests, are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Refund policy

For heavily damaged items, we will provide a one-to-one exchange, while we will refurbish those with minor defects.
